  Terrible, terrible place to go. I had dropped off my tax items to have them do my return. Lots of write-offs due to work travel. When I returned to sign and look over their work I was amazed(and freaked out) they hadn't even done them! With no time to have them in on time I ended up paying the penalty and having them done elsewhere.
